GBL was established in 1986 by three wheelchair users whose simple dream was to offer a genuine choice of products, backed up with good factual advice from a user’s perspective.
From its humble beginnings, GBL now has two showrooms and has expanded over the years from its roots in sports and manual wheelchairs to the addition of power-chairs, scooters, parts, repairs and many other products.
Today our range reflects a range of products which have been carefully selected for performance and reliability.
GBL is proud to be a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (B.H.T.A), and is committed to the industry’s Code of Practice.
